Terms and conditions

    In accordance with the latest Community Safe Management Measures by Ministry of Health (MOH), patrons will no longer be required to do Pre-Event Testing (PET) to attend Thai Music Festival 2022 on 13 August 2022.

    Please note that Thai Music Festival 2022 is a vaccinated-only event. You will be required to check in via Safe Entry (App/Token) and show valid proof of vaccination as a condition of entry into the venue. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated will be denied entry (with or without valid PET)

    Any Change in policies will be updated in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines

    As this is an indoor event, all patrons are required to wear their face masks at all times when not eating or drinking.

    Patrons are not allowed to intermingle with other groups.

    Admission to the venue by valid E-ticket and proof of vaccination

    No outside food and drinks are allowed in the venue. Disposable bottles must be discarded prior to entering the venue.

    No sale/consumption of Alcohol to anyone under 18 Years old. ID verification required before purchase. Offenders will be evicted and referred to the authorities

    Liquid containers and personal water bottles are not permitted

    No professional photography and videography are allowed

    STRICTLY NO Social Media Live streaming allowed

    Noise makers are not permitted in the venue (including but not limited to: air horn, whistle, etc.)

    Flags, plycards with offensive slogans or advertisement are not permitted.

    EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    1. The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
    2. Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
    3. Punch Entertainment Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any artist(s) due to unforeseen circumstances (Covid 19, Act of God, etc)
    4. There is no refund or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
